Raised in Newtown Square as the oldest of five siblings, Donna’s strong sense of family runs deep. She’s the proud aunt of 11 nieces and nephews, and several family members have even assisted her real estate clients over the years, making Worthington Real Estate feel like a true family affair. Outside of her professional life, Donna’s affection for dogs is legendary among friends and clients alike. Her golden retrievers have always held a special place in her heart, especially Roxy Shamrock, her sweet and spunky 15-year-old companion. Recently, Donna’s heart has grown to include two adorable Bernese Mountain dog “nieces,” who bring plenty of joy (and puppy cuddles!) to family gatherings.
One of Donna’s favorite yearly traditions is attending the Golden Jubilee in Dewey Beach, Delaware, where she joins family, friends, and over 250 other golden retrievers in celebration—a true highlight of the year. Whether she’s guiding clients through real estate decisions or sharing laughter with loved ones and her furry friends, Donna brings warmth, dedication, and a heartfelt sense of community to everything she does.
Donna volunteers with Kids Against Hunger Philadelphia, which was founded by a real estate agent friend. Recently, Tri-County Suburban Realtors appointed Donna as a 2026 Pennsylvania Realtors Association Director. A history lover at heart, Donna is a member of the Newtown Square Historical Society as well as a member of the Newtown Township Historical Commission located in Newtown Square in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. By protecting and preserving our history, we will enrich the futures of our beautiful communities tomorrow.
